"We attended the Saturday Introduction to Wine at Lytham St Annes in March 2012. I can't rate this course highly enough. I bought this for my Wife as a present for her 30th Birthday. We both like wine but have never really engaged in any formal wine tasting before. We found Colin to be very knowledgeable and the content of the course to be just right. "I had the pleasure of attending one of Colin's Wine Tasting Evenings and was amazed at how much I learned - exactly what he told us we would learn at the start of the evening when we all soberly and disbelievingly looked at each other! It was a really enjoyable evening, excellent canapes to accompany the wine too, can't recommend the courses enough.
Colin has also expertly written for Love Lytham & St Annes since the first issue back in May. Always something interesting, well written, and on time - a Godsend in my business!!

“We first hired Colin to launch our social events for our ladies network. Colin had to face 40 ladies and show them how to understand and appreciate a variety of wines. What can I say, 40 women and a load of wine not an easy combination to organise. Colin did a stirling job with great humour and patience. Our ladies enjoyed the evening so much that we have hired Colin again for a champagne evening. When hiring suppliers I always look for people who firstly are nice, friendly people who supply an excellent professional service to my ladies and who offer value because all suppliers reflect on the reputation I have for organising events, Colin was all of these. I am now using Colin again for an awards evening later in the year so I think the fact that I have hired his services 3 times in under a year says he does a great job.......or I have a drink problem!
